  Awful. If I could give zero stars I would. 'Gold Plan' what a waste of money! They happily take your money every month but the 'call outs' are ridiculous; they have you sitting in all day for an 'engineer' to show up for 2 minutes say it's working then when they leave - the heating and water is off again!!!

  I was nearly taken out by a WRB Gas van in Dunfermline this afternoon while trying to negotiate a roundabout. The WRB van approached at great speed from Baldridgeburn while I was turning right from Mill St onto Broomhead Dr. If I hadn’t slown down after noticing the van’s speed, it would have been a monumental crash, certainly setting off airbags. If the guy driving had stopped to complain at me on the horn, I would have strangled him. My kids were in the car and he didn’t even look up when racing past me. This should be an instant dismissal from position in the company in my opinion. Unacceptable on every level. I tried calling to complain, but after being on hold for 5 minutes, here is your 1 star review.

  If I could post zero stars I would. It appears that homecare agreements are not worth the paper they're written on if you just a by wrb standards. Apparently leaving a vulnerable child and parent with no heating or hot water is acceptable . Out of hours is an absolute disgrace with no proper coordination what so ever. Avoid at all costs

  AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Absolute joke of a company! I have/had a homecare agreement with them so when my boiler stops working they are supposed to come out and fix it. Phoned at 6.45pm and was told that someone would be out ASAP. 10.30pm and still no sign of engineer! The person taking the phone call said that they could not get a hold of the engineer (for three hours!!!) or get in contact with a manager until the next morning. I have a 5 month old son that I had to get out his bed and take to my parents house as our home was that cold. I will be moving to another homecare provider when they eventually fix my boiler!!

  Just back from weekend away.and no heating as fault with heating phoned wrb at at 18.10 sunday night and within 30 minutes engineer is out and fixed fault .now thats what i call service thanks again for very fast service and making home warm again.
