  Friendly enough driver but had the wrong name when arrived at my pick up point (they didn’t even ask my name when i phoned up to book it in the first place) they had the wrong destination too, kept asking us where the place was which was a bit frustrating, isn’t that the drivers job?! When we came to pay, it cost £22!!! Way too expensive to go 20 mins Wouldn’t use them again

  My driver was very amicable and knowledgeable. Very quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Great service. Would definutely recommend.

  Really reliable .our cab driver was lovely so friendly and welcoming made our journey comfortable top fella cab Num 993 👌👍

  I honestly think that most of the reviews here are from rival companies or people are just too over dramatic. I've been using yellow cars for ages and have never had an issue with them. They are always on time (easy to follow progress of the pick up with the app), they are never (ever) rude, cars are clean, their app works perfectly...so not sure what all the complaints are about. If I've had waiting time charged by error, they always refund it...no questions asked. They are one of the best companies in the London market and hence they are more cheaper than all other taxi companies and they make it up with all the points I mentioned. That's why I decided to write here, it seemed unfair the review they have.
