  A nice clean space with good changing rooms and showers. The instructors I've had so far are excellent. Thank you Simon, Bridgett and Tula. Although it's quite hard for me as I have rheumatoid arthritis in many joints I feel this is more beneficial than the gym. I feel this is so important on my healing journey on the paddison program for rheumatoid arthritis.

  Damages my back in this class twice and really bad. After second time I have decided not to continue as I couldn't face three more weeks to fix my back again but never got a refund fir the 6 months I paid in advance, manager refused to do it.

  the studio has great installations but the teachers is another story. I've been doing bikram yoga for some years now and this is the first one that i didnt like it. One of the teachers (a wonderful lady) is the only that I think is the best one, but the other ones were not that good. Even one treat me like totally new student and ask me some times to move to the back and see the others how the do it, missing the opportunity to look myself in the mirror and connect my look, and there was another one that was so fast during the transactions. I didn't even finish my month trial.

  Best yoga studio in town! I've tried pretty much every hot yoga studio in Brighton and Hove and this one is just different. The owners BA & Simon are so passionate what they do. They work with great teachers and create fantastic atmosphere to practice. Loads of classes to choose including express class. Just try and you won't regret.
