  Really enjoyed this yoga during my pregnancy and looked forward to going every week. Classes focus on breathing techniques and visualisations for labour, sun salutations and various gentle asanas, movements and hip openers for active labour and delivery, pelvic floors and relaxation. Veronique is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Would definitely recommend!!

  I was recommended pregnancy yoga by a friend and therefore looked it up in my area. I am not a very keen yoga person normally and would normally be much more into a long run or something similar. However, it not only shocked me at how much I enjoyed it but also how much it helped me in labour! I truly do not know how I would have got through labour without knowing all the yoga techniques I learnt and embedded within me by going once a week from 5 months pregnant. I am so grateful I discovered it! And really think it needs to be advertised so much more! Fazila

  Really great pregnancy yoga classes. Few clients in a class a time which makes the experience more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

  Amazing pregnancy yoga class. Really practical, great exercise whilst also fun. Always felt so good artwrwards! Fantastic, skilled and friendly instructor. Would strongly recommend.

  I can't recommend this class enough! I attended from fourteen weeks pregnant until thirty five weeks and I feel I have greatly benefitted from the techniques and exercises Veronique has taught. I feel more prepared for labour and birth, and the birth prep class Veronique runs as part of the course is great! Fantastic teacher, friendly class and definitely one not to miss!
