  Prepaid £4 parking as the website makes it clear that you can cancel up to 24 hours before the booking. Tried to cancel it one week before and I was not told there is then a £5 cancellation charge. Very misleading. And the website implies there is no cancellation charge.

  The parking is a joke, doesn't allow you to pay until the time you wanna pay, automated service is a joke. Use the long stay if possible, poor customer service doesn't improve the already bad situation

  Does the job, with good rates at the weekend. Could do with more pay stations that accept cards.

  Half the price of the official station car park and just as convenient. Never full.

  Appalling company. AVOID this car park. We had family come to stay in York and used this car park. It was an extremely blustery day, the car park is quite high up and the parking company do not provide any stickers with their tickets which are issued on thin paper, consequently the ticket in our visitors car must have blown off their dash board. This resulted in them receiving a fine. You would assume that you would be able to send the proof of your ticket (which they did have) to this company and have the fine wavered. That is what would happen in all decent council run car parks, after-all a valid ticket had been purchased and the proof was provided. Unfortunately this private company have other ideas and rejected the appeal.
