  I had to take benjay my cat of 23 years to thornbury vets.as he got quite ill and saw Katie who was excellent in caring for benjay would definitely recommend Katie as Benjay had to be put down and she was very caring and understanding she is excellent with cats.as I do have another cat chester who is 19 years old and he has been recently and revieved excellent treatment to.

  We Recently moved to this vets and i have never been to a vets like this,their gave both our dog's a full examination from top to toe. Very caring and helpful in every way possible. The receptionist's are very nice and friendly and always come for a cuddle with the dogs, which i find lovely and our dogs love it to. If you want a vets you can trust then Yorkshire vet have my vote 100%

  Have been going here for 18mnths, and have had some really good experiences. From the moment I needed over the phone help, as my dog was having seizures. To the monthly visits I now have go do for the medication she now relys on. An excellent service I know I can trust.

  excellent vets who genuinely care about the animals. reception staff are lovely, however the administration and processes they employ is abysmal - we've had everything from notes being put on the wrong pets file, wrong insurance company claim forms being sent off, prescriptions not ordered when they said they would be etc.
