Disappointed Monday evening visit. Phoned to book table. Get there on time and made to wait 'while we clean table's which was ok but they forgot to come back. Someone else then led me to a table right in middle when I had requested a quiet place. Loads of spare tables. Southern fried chicken seemed as if no coating or taste, the fries were hot which was a first. Staff .....not really bothered, until they brought bill then all smiles. First time I have not left a tip. Definitely won't go on a Monday again. Normally staff are attentive.

Really good food great ribs and special... 1/2lb between two pizzas yum... Staff were all really friendly and helpful... my only recommendation is to make your milkshakes bigger...

Was a lovely atmosphere, and wonderful service, food was also amazing! Been here before and would definitely go again. Large portions of hearty food that tastes delicious, and really nice and friendly servers.

Fabulous. Great food, great service, great atmosphere! My sister in law asked for extra sauce with her chicken...no problem. When we ordered desserts we asked for some extra meringue pieces, again no problem! All staff are polite, friendly and helpful. We prefer the Poringland Zaks as it’s bigger and more spacious in terms of seating. As it was my birthday we had Β£5 off the total bill as we hold a loyalty card, would suggest getting one if you’re going to make additional trips. Definitely worth 5 stars, would really recommend!

Decent American style diner food, though perhaps not the best burger meals available in Norwich. Burgers are made in house as far as I'm aware though, which is the exception these days. Table waiting was very good when we visited & we tipped, but we got dirty glasses. Overall a worthwhile experience with some interesting local memorabilia hanging on the walls!
