  A really excellent and personal service. Rather than ordering a Condolence Book online, I decided to call the store. My enquiry was dealt with completely personally and a member of staff talked me through the range in great detail. I was then called back to have payment taken, The book was despatched immediately and arrived the next day. I was told it could also be returned if not suitable. I fully recommend this company.

  I purchased 10 chairs form Zoom, I have to say the quality was very good and I will be using them again.
