  I have visited this venue today with my family. There were 9 of us in total. The staff were more than helpful we had the best laugh I've had in months I will go again so Thank you to all the staff there for making our visit so good x

  Absolutely disgusting dirty place! Even the bathrooms were so dirty I couldn't use them! Our lane broke down 3 times , they got our drinks order wrong twice & probably the worst part for me is that me & my partner were stood waiting at desk to pay for the bowling & we were completely ignored by 3 members of staff behind the desk for 5 minutes! Terrible service ,Spoke to the management & the manager was a waste of space , basically making excuses for everything! Luckily the area manager happened to be in so I gave him all the details but to be honest, I don't think either of them cared!! Definitely will never set foot in there again. Would avoid like the plague!!

  This Super Bowl is selling Rollover hot dogs. I have eaten many of these hot dogs from various places however I ordered two from the Blackpool Super Bowl (BSB)  last week and they were cold. (28th April 2017) 29-37 Market St, Blackpool FY1 1EX. BSB had the hot dogs in the machine and it was off, condensing and not lit. They microwaved two more and I asked for them to take the temp of the product - they read 24.7oC! The bread had been frozen prior thus they also microwaved that. So I told them to forget it! I'm inclined to contact Health and Safety a this product should be reheated above the legal mark. The manager 'Graham' would not show me the food temp records of the day, wonder why and the so called kitchen supervisor 'Elliot' was painting the shoe racks. The whole place is dirty and in need of restore. It's aging and falling apart! Such a shame.

  Pay for an unlimited game, get cut off after two games without any warning about a cut-off time. The facilities looked okay, bathroom not so much, lanes were fine but the balls weren't great. The staff didn't look like they cared much about the place. Not going back.

  This place feels like it hasn't been decorated since the 80s went to get drinks and the limes were brown. Staff were lazy. Paid for unlimited then got cut off after 2 without warning. Also the facilities were dirty.
