  I've been going to Tom's abdomimax sessions for almost a year now. I haven't found such good all around work out elsewhere. I openly recommend this. Tom, Dom and Peter are very professional and fun to train with.

  I've been training with Tom and the Abdominax team for about 3 years and they honestly do care about clients and work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. They take time to make sure you do the exercises properly to avoid injury and get maximum benefit and they will really push you to make sure you get the most of each class / session.
