::Thanks for the post about unfreezing your plastic pipe. I had a shower this morning. No problem. 1 hr later WB boiler showing EA error and no heating. Bit of a panic cos most places closed because of the snow and reset didn't work. Then saw your post. Several six inch sticks of ice came out when I poured boiling water over the outside pipe. Don't faff around with microwave hot water bottles, use the kettle like the man in the picture. AC Wilgar you have been a lifesaver!

::We have used this company many times over the years, once again they came to our rescue when in need. We had several quotes for the work required, and although Wilgar's were always going to be our favourite (we would gladly have paid a bit more given the service we have received in the past). They came in much cheaper than our other two quotes, and provided a higher spec boiler, including a powerflush which the others had left out! As usual our house was left cleaner when they finished than when they started :-) Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, if its quality you are looking for, look no further. ::From survey to completion, an entirely professional experience. Paul turned up exactly on time (We even had a text to let us know he was on the way), and when he arrived he was courteous, professional, and more importantly knowledgeable! He produced a "Quotation" on his iPad after consulting with us in detail what our requirements were, and sent it electronically before he left our home. Once we accepted the quote, the same level of service was maintained from start to finish of the installation. We cannot rate this company highly enough. Simply first class!!
