::Went into Cardiff store today looking for shoes for a wedding following a recommendation. Lovely choice of shoes but shamefully unhelpful staff. 3 Ladies stood around counter chatting about themselves, ignoring customers. No offer of help and even worse I overheard them laughing at another customer. Needless to say I took my custom elsewhere to a store not so far away where customer service is second to none
