  Glasses had lip stick marks on them. Balcony needs power washed - very green! But these didn't detract (too much) from a nice apartment in a great location.

  The check-in staff member, Deborah, was very friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was easy, quick and efficient. The apartment was tastefully decorated and presented as advertised. The bed was comfortable with a great selection of pillows. The location was ideal.

  Great position and clean and tidy apartment with all facilities for a self catering stay. Both automatic garbage and dishwasher not working, and no dish cloth provided to wash dishes by hand, but we were happy to work around that. We did however, find it difficult to locate the property initially, so a street number may have been helpful, rather than just Bute Crescent. We inadvertently parked in the Mermaid Quays parking which was very expensive per day. But that was our mistake. However, we found the description of the recommended parking as ‘just opposite the apartments’ slightly misleading for those who are unfamiliar with the area. It may have been helpful to have been warned that there are two parking stations close by so as to avoid any confusion for the less wary. It was great having the supermarket just downstairs. That was definitely a bonus.

  appartment lovely, location great, car park tokens brilliant.train, resteurantson doorstep.only draw back signage for appartment block needs to be illuminated as very hard to find whilst driving and arriving in the dark.other than that, superb weekend.
