  I have been keen to get back to exercise for what seems like too long now. But, every time I start back at the gym, something start to hurt and I give up and take comfort in more chocolate - Just the high coco healthy kind! So it was great to find someone who took the approach of analysing why my back, knees, neck start to hurt when I exercise and came up with a plan to treat and work with me to get me enjoying exercise again. My target for 2009 is the Run for Life & I plan to run all the way - See you there!
