  Room small, but clean. Bathroom small, but clean. Breakfast OK. Good location for shepherds bush. Friendly staff

  Negative rating if only possible? Despite paying for the accommodation the manager / owner (Seb) shifted our reservation to another cheap hotel without informing us and expected us to find our way to the new place. No prior intimation, no transfer arrangement and not even the casual-blasé-english-sorry nothing. This is just the start.. Not a trust worthy management to recommend... please take your business to somebody who cares..

  Hotel receptionist was a bit confused and initially couldn't find the booking. Booking were in a book and written in pencil. He showed me the the room only to find that someone else's belongings were in there. He offered me another room in the basement. The was very very basic but okay for one nights stay. Had to find the breakfast room myself the next morning as no one had shown me where it was. The man overseeing the breakfasts didn't give me a menu or instructions of what was on offer. He asked me if i wanted tea or coffee and then asked if i wanted a croissant. He didn't let me know what breakfasts were available i.e. continental, English etc. There was no one on the reception when I left at 10AM. I had to leave the key on the desk.
