::Room relatively ok, food was great too, my problem was the toilets. I tried to have a shower in the morning and the water stopped running After couple of minutes, I tried using the tap in the bath and burned my hand as it was too hot! I thought about having a bath but could see hair on the bath tub and it put me off. Overall not a 4 star toilet standard. Toilet facilities were basic and travel lodge probably has better toilet facilities! Not happy with my stay

::Beautiful hotel; after a mix up with our hotel room we were upgraded! Staff are very friendly; breakfast in the morning could have been a bit better. Felt very rushed and staff seemed stressed.

::Fantasic location, in the centre of bath. No parking at the hotel but a 3 minute walk around the corner to the public car park, which was £12 a day. Lovely clean hotel and friendly staff. Lots of choice for breakfast but didn't eat here for lunch or dinner but the food looked very nice. Room was very clean and modern. We were on level two at the back, so we heard no noise. Great stay!

::The food was exceptional and really great value for money. We celebrated my birthday there and had the 3 course meal. Our waitress was devine and very accommodating to our requests on wine etc. The hotel itself looks stunning. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again.

::A fantastic hotel in the heart of a beautiful historic city. The decor is modern yet very tasteful and well in keeping with the period of the building and it's surrounding. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy. The restaurant serves fantastic food and the staff are all very friendly and extremely attentive. It has no car park but this is normal for any venue in the centre of Bath, the Romans weren't big on cars :) There is a reasonable sized car park very near by. The bus and train station are both walking distance, as are a plethora of shops and restaurants. There is also an igloo themed bar in the basement which is great fun. They also have an Apres Ski bar outside over the Christmas period. This is a fantastically well decorated log cabin which serves seasonal foods and mulled wines and ciders. I highly recommend a visit here, especially over the Christmas period!
