  Having sold two properties with Aberdein Considine in difficult markets(2008 and 2017), I cannot speak highly enough of the professional and proactive service I received. I would recommend this firm to anyone selling their home.

  If I could give them zero I would. Awful agents and by far the worst I have used and I have used several and still searching for a good agent but these lot are by far at the top for the worst. Do not inspect your property thoroughly (if at all) as per the contract, let tenants get away with everything and anything, no detail inventory in or out and seems copy and paste, no proper inspections done on tenants exit, ignore contract terms you have stayed such as garden, pets, etc and always blame the Landlord for everything and all towards the tenant. As a landlord I would never touch them again or recommend them to anyone. Awful

  What a disgraceful service this company provides. Just expect to be ripped off and told you're a liar when your lease tenancy ends. Do not rent a property from them no matter how nice it is because your deposit will soon become a gift to the landlord.
