  Linda is a lovely hostess. Very understanding and made me feel welcome from my first step through the door. She understands a travellers needs and kept the house nice and warm on a cold rainy (summers!) day, brilliant after a long wet journey. The room and on-suite bathroom were some of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. Absoultely spotless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very reasonably priced room, one of the cheapest I have paid for in a few years. The breakfast was tasty and again very cheap. I left feeling absolutely stuffed! I only had the privilege of staying one night but would jump at the chance to stay again next time I am in Dundee.

  An Excellent place to stay Very clean Exceptionally well hosted Very accommodating Great Wi Fi Comfortable beds Beautiful house Modern décor Only area to improve is more pressure on the shower. Get in early as it can get busy.

  The service and the interior are simply amazing - comfy rooms, thick carpets, stunning bathrooms and a chatty host. If you're walking, be prepared for a 30 minute walk along a busy road but it is well worth it!
