::Ed and his team provide a holistic approach to health and shaping your body - inside and out - into its true potantial. I first joined Absolute Health because of its reasonable price, its non-meathead, friendly, productive ambiance and an owner who was genuinely inquisitive and observant of my health goals and hurdles. But here's the rub - AH isn't a conventional gym, it has the look and feel of (at the risk of sounding pretentious) the 'gym' of the future - a health hub, a portal to healthy diet, mind, body and soul with an array of activities to compliment these: yoga, chiropractic (yes, that is a noun), physio and martial arts to name but a few. With almost daily blog posts Ed is as advice-savvy on social media as he is in person. The gym always seems to have the space and time for me to complete my routine - be it 20 mins or 2 hours - and the staff are always on hand to help you build a program, chat about technique or just to chew the fat! You will want for nothing (except perhaps a swimming pool - and knowing Ed he'll probably have one up and running next week).

::My first contact with Ed was on the Abs Diet, i started this just before Christmas and was the hardest thing i ever done due to the strict food guidelines but the results were amazing, Ed supported me the whole way through and i had never had so much energy! the exercises that accompanied the diet were well explained and certainly gave me the results i was looking for. I contacted Ed shortly after the abs diet as i have been advised to omit dairy and gluten from my diet, Ed sent me a health book and it was packed with valuable information and plenty of recipes for me to try with very detailed guidelines to keep my on track with my diet, i have learnt so much about the food i am eating from this. I have joined the facebook page for Absolute Health and look forward to the newsletters they send out each month especially the blog. Thank you again Ed for all your help.
