  This place has changed not only my daughters life, now mine too. She joined 6 years ago and is now a black belt and such a confident young lady compared to before she joined, that's all thanks to AMA. I joined the fitness class Simply Fit and enjoyed it so much I then went on to start kickboxing classes too. I was nervous to start but now really enjoying learning to do something I never imagined I could do. The instructors are top class and it doesn't matter who you are, age, size, fitness level, you will succeed here because of the high quality tuition. It's like one big family and everybody there is so nice and has the same positive outlook. We love it!

  Fantastic place! My son joined 2 years ago... he now has much more confidence, his focus has improved so much in all areas of his life and most importantly he absolutely loves going!

  My boys have made some huge progress in multiple disciplines since they started with AMA. The team are very friendly and understand that everyone has different needs. I even joined up myself and am loving it. Totally recommend.

  We started almost seven years ago, our eldest was being bullied at school. Since then our eldest has changed into a confident black belt, our other two children have joined up too, we never realized how much of a positive effect it would and still does have on our family, I have also joined simply fit program that is run there too. An amazing place with fantastic people , best decision we ever made, can't recommended it highly enough, really appreciate everything they have done for us and do for us now!!!!!

  This place is so special it's helping to raise my family. The teaching goes above and beyond the punches and kicks taught in the dojo...they help build young men and women here. They teach them to be great. The place itself is really well equipped, clean and inviting. The instructors are superb and there is a genuine family atmosphere between the students, we all succeed together. Each graduation is a wonderful occasion and family members are invited to watch the gradings take place and we celebrate each other's success. I love it here and have found a passion for fitness and kickboxing I never thought I had in me. You really couldn't ask for a better school!
