  The receptionist has an awful telephone manner- When calling on Friday to arrange a viewing on a property she was like " we have already shown you afew proprties already" and just spoke to me with a terrible attitude. No need. They seem to think your just supposed to take the first property you see or something.

  I recently rented an apartment with Accord Lets in Birmingham. The staff have been very kind and helpful throughout the house hunting process and I'm very pleased with their service. I highly recommend Accord to anyone looking for a rental property in Birmingham, very professional team.

  I found them late for their appointments. Met James Sibley the worst and rude customer care executive. Accord lets have done inventory without involving their customers and have missed lot of things on the inventory. Taking the admin charges and other charges for harassing the customers and putting them in stressful situation . I tried calling Paul Sherrington the manager of Birmingham branch but I received no response. In near future I am planning of buying a house guess what? I will not consider accord lets ever.

  Absolutely appalling service and management of this company! Me and my flatmate have moved out for 2 months and our deposit still hasn't refunded. We have been emailing and calling several times, but no body responded our calls except once, a staff said her colleague who is responsible for our contract is on annual leave and she will 'TRY' to call the landlord and update us. But guess what?! Not heard from them since! We shouldn't have expect much help from them, it took them 3 months to sort out the hot water issue while we lived there! They contributed nothing but procrastination. The only fast service they provided was taking our administration fee!

  Been in the flat for 3 months now and haven't had a single issue. The initial process was straight forward and stress free. Only issue was some information wasn't passed onto me from the landlord before moving in, but this was only due to someone leaving accord and not passing it onto the next person dealing with my tenancy. Yes their fees are pricey but so far I haven't had a single issue. I'll update this review when it comes to the end of my tenancy but so far I would 100% recommend them
