  Excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. £5 for wash £1 per 15min dry. Bus stop right outside.

  Easy to use and find, 10 min walk from the royal mile. Friendly and cheap £9.50 for a service load. Clothes were clean dry. Dropped off in the morning and picked up at 4 the same day.

  Had them do two separate loads while in Edinburgh. The first was supposed to be done by the end of the day. When I went in the next morning to pick up, the load was sitting stuffed in a basket, in the public space (it is also a laundromat), washed and dried from the previous day, but not folded. They apologized, but then had this young girl who clearly didn't know what she was doing fold it quickly. Each piece was basically a wrinkled ball, after folding. I gave them another chance later that day to wash jeans, a hoodie and a t-shirt. When I stopped by to pick it up the next morning, they couldn't find it. They got a couple people looking for it. The woman finally returned with a bag and another apology. A quick glance showed my jeans so I thought we were good. Once I got to our next destination (England) and emptied the bag, the t shirt wasn't in there. A couple of the folks were nice enough but it was pretty much the worst experience I've had at a cleaners. If you go there, be specific about what you expect, I guess, and be sure to double-check when you pick up.
