::Just got hung up on after only saying 'hello' on the phone and this is not first time when it happened. Always rude on the phone to patients and sounds like it's such a bother to give me an appointment time for anything.

::Absolutely dreadful place the staff are sometimes rude you canβt get threw on the phones most of the time I tried constantly redialling for over an hour for the same day appointment gave up in the end prescriptions were not ready when they was meant to be I will be changing my surgery

::My wife registered there, big mistake! Impossible to get through on phone, takes weeks to get an appointment (assuming u can actually get through on the phone to make an appointment)! Very unhelpful, she needed her NHS and they refused to give it over the phone and said she has to go in person (not easy when you work full-time in the city). She called her old surgery who gave it to her over the phone straight away. On the same day I called my surgery (not Acorn ) for my NHS number and they gave it to me over the phone straight away too. In terms of the doctors she was very reluctant to make appointments with them as she found their "bedside manner" to be inadequate. Avoid if you can. Luckily we've moved out of the area and the new Surgery offered an appointment on the same day!

::Bordering on negligent.Not sent for correct blood tests,wrong diagnosis,wrong medication,five weeks for an appointment when it needs to be 14 days.Changing now !!!! Also i will be reporting to the correct departments,unlike them.
