  Absolutely awful. They didnt have our bookings and actively encouraged us to cancel possibly beacuse she didnt want to deal with us. We were left to sort out our own accomodation that night. Thankfully the Jurys Inn was able to take us all sort notice. I would not recommend this accomodation at all. It was also freezing cold the doors were broken.
