::Admiral is an awful company to deal with and Admiral Law is no exception. While their services look good on paper, when it comes to it and they need to deal with just about anything, there is always thousand issues along the way. Not sure who's sitting in their offices, but these guys just aren't capable of basic organisation whatsoever. The most recent issue was that they've sent me someone else's cheque when their finally decided to reimburse me for my claim after 6 months. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away! Glad I'm with a different company now.

::Please ignore all the bad reviews, and enter into dealings with Admiral Law with an open mind and realistic expectations. My claim has been handled well and professionally to a good payout conclusion by one AL representative from start to finish. I agree that AL don't give updates voluntarily, but they NEVER once failed to contact me back when I requested it on their client confidential web portal. The wheels of law / litigation turn very slowly, so there is often no updates for weeks or even months. You have to understand that. How quickly things progress depends entirely on the individual case details. Who was at fault? Where is liability, and what evidence exists. For my part I was hit head on by a EU lorry on UK road, and the Police charged the lorry driver with driving without due care and attention. He got issued a UK license with points on it - so liability was 100% clear and the UK insurance agent had no chance to delay and contest outcome. Therefore my case took only 7 months to complete including 3 months for medical review and treatment with TICCS. If your case isn't so clear-cut then of course it will take longer to progress. Be reasonable in your expectations! Admiral Law are not awful or lousy to deal with. I can only say I would use them again.

::Absolutely useless, service. As others have stated this seems a halfway house for people to get a job and they swiftly move on. I have had several changes as they have left the company leaving me in limbo. Buy a cheap dash cam and just go to a no win no fee law firm. This is a really shoddy outfit. I will not undertake them as my legal representatives again. Do not waste your money on this crowd. You can see why the Law profession is viewed lower than double glazing salesmen, and door to door "do you want your drive tarmacked?" vendors. I actually need to take them to court and may do using the £25 legal fee, now there irony!

::Yes what you have read in other reviews are true, this is by far the worst company I have ever come across in my life. Been waiting 2 year for a value on my claim , They never get back to you, it once took me 4 weeks to get through to my lawyer. Avoid using these people otherwise your going to cost yourself a lot of money

::Absolutely useless. Would be 0 stars if possible. Only had them as insured with Admiral. Worst 'service' ever! 18 months after my accident and still nothing. Had 3 or 4 claims handlers, they only seem to last 3 months. Never answer phone, are always out of office, no email address. There's a website where they say they post stuff but can't get it to work, and in case of difficulty you are directed to contact your ........ claim handler. Do not pass go, do not claim £200 etc. Doctor recommended a back xray - never happened. Yes every one of these reviews is correct. Use your own solicitor!!! (ps any one below giving them 5 stars must work there surely?)
