  Iv been using AJ Ross now for the past 8 years. They are a honest and trustworthy garage with very reasonable labour costs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  I've been using A.J Ross for 40 years now and my husband has been with them for 34 years. They have always been friendly, efficient and honest with us and we find their costs very reasonable. We've lost count of how many cars they've looked after for us, but we wouldn't go anywhere else and always recommend them to family and friends.

  Booked in my mini for some investigative and repair work when I discovered my coolant level dropping rapidly. Car was in and out in the same day at a fair price. Very pleased with the service.

  First time using this garage after a neighbours recommendation. Required a minor fix to my car which they did so quickly and efficiently. Very inexpensive, no doubt a fraction of cost of main dealer. Without a doubt will look to using them whenever possible. Came across as genuine and knowledgeable professionals - not trying to rip off customers like many big garages do.

  I recently purchased licence plates by this garage. I rang before popping in to collect them to make sure it was ok. When I arrived I was told to come back because there was no one available to put them on which was disappointing. The second day, I did ask for them to put them on but I wasn't aware of the cost. They charged me £13 for spending 15 minutes putting them on. On top of that they charged me £7 VAT. I'm aware the number plates cost £23 but the total came to £44. It was very expensive for a 5 minute job and they were not very friendly. The receptionist's barely spoke to me in the waiting room. I won't be returning to the garage.
