  I had a great experience with Albany Phone Zone, they have incredible service and very polite staff, they repaired my phone on time and I’m glad to say I haven’t had a problem with it ever since it’s been repaired. Great job 👌🏾

  Not even worth one star! Had my phone repaired here in June I smashed my LCD screen on my rose gold s7 and I had it repaired in Albany phone zone in Cardiff that cost me £170. The man who served me told me that they didn't have any rose gold cases in stock and that I could have a white front and back until the rose gold became available and that I should ring back after one month.. So I done it thinking I only have to wait a month it'll be fine so at the end of July I rang the shop back just for the phone to be disconnected, I also had people from work to try and ring the shop and that also said it was disconnected, so I kept trying every other day and even tried ringing the shops next door to it to see if it was still open. When I rang again after a couple of weeks of trying they answered and basically said because I had "left it too long" I couldn't have my rose gold back. When I told them about the phone situation they said that they're phone has been working and accused me of lying about it and if I want my case back I have to pay a further £125 for it otherwise I'm not having it. When I told them I still have they're white case and its still in mint condition he said that "I've broken it and thats why I'm trying to get my rose gold back" they said they'd look into it and took my name and number and said they'd give me a call back and still haven't heard nothing and now I can't get through to them again.. won't be returning and don't recommend this place to anyone! Nothing but SCAMMING CON MEN!!!

  Very impressed with this shop, great customer service and very friendly staff. They fixed my Samsung screen and changed my battery before the time they told me. I was very happy with their prices. They also had a variety of different cases in store which I was very pleased with. I hope to come again and I will also recommend others to come here, good job and keep up the excellent work you provide

  I was on a weekend visit to Cardiff, unfortunately I cracked my phone screen to the point of where I couldn't even use it. I urgently needed it repaired but everywhere I went charged a ridiculous price. I then took advice from a friend and she recommended me to get it fixed from Albany Phone Zone. I went there and they repaired my phone at great quality and also charged me a decent price. If only there were shops like this in Birmingham. I recommend others to come here and guarantee they won't let you down good job👍🏽
