  Excellent patient care from my GP and it was straightforward to register get an appointment. Tests results and subsequent referrals were prompt and well communicated.

  The receptionists are incredibly rude and incredibly insensitive. I felt judged when talking to them and the radio was on full blast so I couldn’t think straight. She asked me to say what prescription I needed in front of everyone which was embarrassing. I was exhausted with anxiousness and I cried when I left. I wanted to be tested to see what I was allergic too but the doctor I spoke to said “so you can live with eczema or get these drugs that don’t work, it’s up to you”. 6 months later I diognosed myself with being allergic to lactos. Thanks for the help, not!

  Why in 21st century you do not have a one email address in your website? How people are supposed to contact you and leave you written message out of hours? Fax? Letter? Please accept the technology.

  Not supposed to be closed until 6pm, website even says that it is open but when I called up at 4:30 I was met with a recorded message saying the surgery was closed.

  Receptionist helpful this time, for the past 6 years the lady who supposedly has now retired was rude and grumpy. Doctors here are unhelpful,not just doc Sikdar who asked me “ what do you expect me to do??” Eeermm.. help me for example?? Had to call 111 to get some attention...
