  Absolutely Useless Company A few of the Clifton branch staff are nice but that's where it ends, once your in a property the branch no longer deal with you unless its to try and scam you for contractual amendments which require signing + illegitimate unreasonable admin fee. If you have any problems welcome to the other side of Alder King, the faceless maintenance web site that takes 3 weeks to even acknowledge your boiler is broken. If your a landlord welcome to the unreasonable contractor fees when you finally receive any quote for property maintenance its already twice the industry standard price so enjoy wasting your own free time obtaining a better quote or better still ask your tenants to do that for you. Total freaking clown shoes !

  really bad service, was asking to view a place but they can't even set up a meeting without asking for further info, and they never even call back, asked another friend of mine to call and report a higher income, they gave info almost immediately , discrimination .... not using it ever, i have better service in mcdonalds
