  Probably the hardest place to get an appointment, I was in so much pain, but the staff weren't helpful at all. Absolutely dreadful service.

  Very rare I ever go to the doctors but trying to get an appointment with this doctor surgery is like winning the euro millions. Staff are helpful but trying to see your actual GP is a big ask

  If only it was possible to give zero stars! The reception staff are rude. They look miserable as sin (obvobvious not the most cheerful place to work) It takes ages to get through to speak to someone only to be palmed off by an untrained receptionist who judges if you are eligible for wood horse excrement appoappoint. Only to be fobbed off with excuses. It's pathetic. The dr for me and mine is a last resort. The few times I have called them its always the same. This place needs sorting now! Avoid. Thank goodness we are moving away!

  The older reception staff including the the reception manager have been rude to me and my husband numerous times. I have left for fate to deal with .them. Otherwise no punishment is good enough for them. Experiencing the same as we have done might be better for them
