  Wide range of pet foods and accessories. Staff are supper helpful and knowledgeable. Bit hidden away but easy enough to find.

  Terrible service. I called in a week ago to buy cat litter. I asked the difference between two bags on offer and received a shoulder-shrugging response. As the bag weighed a lot (and I’m 79) I asked the male assistant if he would carry it to my car, just across the road, a service which this shop has previously kindly offered. He refused, saying that the pavement was too slippery for him. I emailed the shop when I returned home and received a response, saying that they would look into the problem and they would ”be sure to contact you.” Needless to say, I’ve heard nothing. Small, local shops can ill afford to let customers down in this way.

  The new pet grooming part of Alfie & Bella on Lower Redland Road carried out a great job on Mutley (a 12 year old terrier cross mongrel) today, he had the full doggy works and now looks ten years younger! Mutley obviously had a lovely relaxing time there too and looks very smart to boot, so thanks to Karen and all her team there! It's only just opened this week, the service was helpful, friendly and professional. It's terrific to have a neighbourhood grooming parlour. Mutley is sure to be back soon.

  Locally owned pet store with helpful staff. They went out if their way to help us research some issues we were having with our cats. Also good range of high quality pet foods at a good price.

  You have to go here! Every time I walk into Alfie and Bella's, I am greater by a brilliant, kind, friendly and helpful team. Any question I have is always answered and I always leave satisfied. The shop itself is very well presented, it is clean and has a modern feel. I have been going to Alfie and Bella since the first day I became a dog owner, and will continue to go for as long as I live in Bristol. Just off the downs it is the perfect place to drop into before or after a walk. A must for all dog owners. 🐾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
