  Great food, friendly service and very reasonably priced. Visited last time we were in York, twice this week and will return when we are next back!

  Called in to the shop in person. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was all prepared fresh and was piping hot even after a 5 minute walk back to my hotel on a freezing february night. We had quiet a variety of meals (5 different ones in total) and found them all very enjoyable. Knowone complained. Well pleased with it and this will now be our go to takeaway when we're in York.

  Disgusting!!!! Burger tasted cheap! Bread bun soggy and all fell apart! Donna meat rank!!! Chips hard like they were 3 days old!!!! Brown lettuce so gone off!!!! And stale onion!!!! Definitely wont be ordering ever again!!!!!!
