  These guys are great. They saved the day after being messed around by our previous builder who left the job on the second day and us out of pocket. All Trade's surveyor, Jason was really efficient at putting together the list of work we needed doing. They rewired our house, and fitted a new boiler, as well as converting our garage into a great new family space that works brilliantly. The team of builders from All Trade were a joy to have around and finished exactly on schedule. A good choice if you are looking for a building company !

  All Trade were recommended by a friend of mine and I am glad she did, as they have just finished a major refurbishment and kitchen extension on our Victorian townhouse. The whole process has been, on the whole, very positive, despite running into a number of problems with an unstable party wall, it was all dealt with smoothly by their surveyor. Their builders have been nothing but helpful, courteous and very considerate to the needs of myself and my pregnant wife. The project manager Alex was really knowledgeable and was a reassuring guide at each stage of the work. The results have transformed our property and we are both really pleased with the results. We would recommend this company.

  The whole job was a fiasco from start to finish. I was looking forward to a professional job with no stress. I received neither. Carry on decorators was the level. I would not recommend this company for decorating. It took 6 weeks to carry out a simply decoration of 2 bedrooms and lots of returns. I'm still cleaning the paint off the bathroom suite from a simple ceiling painting. I have been overcharged and have been ignored when emailing asking for a credit as there was a difference of opinion on the quote.

  A wonderful job done on my bathroom, really pleased. The standard of workmanship is faultless. The guys were very considerate and respectful. Lovely job.

  Terrible company, terrible service and terrible workforce. The owner of this company is a real smooth talker but underneath he is a cynical person, with a regard for making a quick profit at whatever cost. After instructing All trade property services to construct a dormer loft conversion, I realised we had made the biggest mistake of our lives! The work was shoddy, botched and in some places structurally unsafe. Which we only realised once our architect came to oversee the work. In fact All trade workers had even managed to pull the wool over the eyes of the Building control officer. The list of defects was extensive and eventually we had to arange for another building firm to finish the job. The job went 3 months over schedule causing severe distress to me and my family. We were very fortunate that we had a place to live whilst the build was completed. After a bit of research we discovered that we were not the only people to have suffered at the hands of this firm. In short...avoid at any cost.
