  Years ago the chief doctor told me that "teenagers didn't get postnatal depression" and left me suicidal with no help, which I personally think is extremely small minded of her. I moved away and had excellent service from my local doctors in Binley for years and received the treatment I badly needed. I recently moved back into Allesley and have therefore joined Allesley park medical centre again. After seeing the chief doctor again all these years later I can tell you that she has not changed! I told her I had to leave a job I loved because of an ongoing condition I suffer with, and she clearly wasn't listening and as all she said was "well that's nice". Every time I see her I leave feeling not listened to, fobbed off and worse than when I went in. I am leaving the practice again.

  Always a great help and the reception staff are brilliant at getting you seen as soon as possible

  rubbish service, will make you die before you get an appointment absolutely bad service along with rubbish doctors

  My experience at the medical centre is really helping. Try to confront me in different ways. They really help me when I'm sick when I'm in pain. I love the medical centre. Thank you so much :) :)
