  If i could do 0 stars i would a very un professional company they say they do a poicly transfer me about 15 times and then tell me they can not offer me a poicly because they do not cover it very unhappy about this and very unprofessional.

  I had car insurance for £280 with Allianz which they quoted renewal at £682 one year later for the same car. I phoned, was told the premium was non-negotiable. So I cancelled and reinsured with the Coop for £340. Meanwhile they took the £682 from my card anyway and doubtless i will have a prolonged battle to get it refunded. I am not amused

  I wanted to refund my ticket master insurance - which i was wrongly charged for in the first place - when i finally got through to someone, after being on hold for a very long time and emailing about 5 times to a email address that i had been given that didn't even work. I was just referred many times to helpless people and robots that couldnt do anything to help, it was a complete waste of time and money !
