  Very knowledgeable staff to help you select the right skates to correctly fit your feet and for the type of skating you want to pursue. If you've outgrown hire skates this is why and the place to go.

  After being a loyal customer for many years we will not be coming back. The customer service we received today was nothing short of a disgrace. After being told my brother's skates were going to take a week to come into the shop, we were disappointed when we rung up to be told that there has been an issue and they were going to be another 2-3 weeks. Bearing in mind they were a birthday present this was disappointing but we understood that problems happen. After waiting another 3 weeks, bearing in mind the shop never got in touch at any point, we rang up again to enquire about the skates. We were told they were in transit. Rang up again a few days later to be told it would be the following week. Finally after ringing up two more times we were told they were finally in the shop. So, after waiting far longer than we expected and after the present missing his birthday by a mile, we went today to collect the skates. The skates themselves were amazing but the customer service was not. After being completely neglected by the shop, we didn't even get an apology. We asked for compensation in the form of a few small items and the gentleman serving us was so rude that we will never be returning. If this is how the shop treats loyal customers after they've been ridiculously messed about then I'd hate to see what they're like with other customers.
