  I use glovers to carry out my annual safety certificates they are quick efficient and even call you when the annual service is due. And I can always rely on them in the event of an emergency.

  Our boiler wasn't working and so called and arranged for someone to come look on a Friday afternoon. Got a call from them saying they couldn't make it until Monday which I said was fine. On Monday nobody showed up, I called and left a message and they never got back to me.

  Had ongoing problems with nineteen year old microbore central heating system. Glovers recently replaced the failed pipework with new copper pipes. Kevin the plumber gave a great deal of thought to routing the new pipework, which he also carried out neatly and effectively whilst causing minimum inconvenience. The whole house is now as warm as I want it to be. Highly recommended.

  FIrst Class service, used them for an emergency callout when I had no heating or hot water and a small baby at home. They were upfront about the costs (which I expected as this was weekend working) but were quick to attend, sorted out the fault and were very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommend.

  Called this company with a very small job. They came quickly and completed the job satisfactorily, in 15 minutes, in fact. However upon receipt of the invoice, the 15 minute job totalled £63. The small part that was required was already carried by the engineer and cost £3! We had been overcharged by 15mins labour plus VAT, however the standard call out charge is 1 hours Labour cost! The office did concede that the labour charge was more than it should have been, and offered a credit for the difference. However I feel this fee is grossly overestimated for such a small job! Check the cost upfront. An expensive lesson learnt!
