  Food was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t fault it one bit, prices were quite cheap to say the quality of the food was 110%. Also staff are so friendly, best customer service I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. Will definitely be back again! Whitebait was amazing

  This is without doubt the best Tapas restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was exceptional, there was a good choice of wines and the staff were lovely! The next time I go to York I’ll be making sure I go back for more!

  My favorite Ambiente. Been a regular here from it's beginning, I prefer the intimate small atmosphere of Goodramgate to the Fossgate restaurant. The food is equally delicious at both. I have enjoyed an relaxed afternoons sat in the bar, eating delicious tapas. Watching the comings and goings of the world outside. The tapas menu changes pretty regularly so there is always something new to try. Divided into three sections for ease of choice, meat, fish, vegetarian. An interesting sherry menu with descriptions to help guide you if new to it, or Estella is on tap.
