  I really enjoy going to Amy for a weekly PT session. She completely understands my wants and needs and I feel like I get exactly what I want from a personal trainer. She has great advice for all questions thrown at her and really good chat too ;-)

  Amy isn't like your average PT. Her focus is always on you, she cares and she holds your hand while she kicks your butt. She is so good at pushing you to your limits but you always seem to have a smile on your face during her sessions. Brilliant gym facilities too!
