  I walk through it on the way to Aldii and occasionally sit by the river.

  A small park that's bordered by the river Wensum, to think trains used to hurtle through it is hard to imagine now. A place where people venturing east to west across the city meet those travelling north to south, the park is an ideal launchpad for a longer journey out of the city along Marriott's Way. The only drawback are the nearby dykes that serve the storm drains in the north of Norwich. They can get pretty whiffy in the heat of summer or after heavy rain.
