::Having read the negative comments below i feel i need to state the following; I have along with many other people visited Andre's fruit and veg on numerous occasions for my needs and always find Andre to be a lively character who is most helpful,even when i have asked for something out of the ordinary he has put his self out to get it for me. He has always supplied my flowers and garden shrubs, on one occasion he swapped a shrub after two weeks due to it showing signs of not being healthy. The shop even arranged to have flowers delivered to my wife's work place on two occasions with no problems and plenty of praise from staff who work along side her when they see the flowers. Finally life is full of ups and downs and i feel that its better to resolve issues on a personal basis instead of the trend to leave negative comments on line.

::Having visited this place today I'm disgusted with the abusive attitude of both the owner and staff. Having made a generalised comment about being unable to find shiny green Granny Smiths in the shops now a days the owner took umbrage and both him and his till assistant launched a verbal attack at my mum. The guy towered above her and his attitude was quite threatening. Sadly his fruit and veg looked lovely and good quality pity their attitude was not if the same standard !

::Family ordered flowers for a relatives funeral, the flowers were not presentable and half dying. Family member rung up to complain to Andres only to be quite horribly shouted at by the owner/manager! He kept criticising my elderly nan for complaining using foul threatening language. He said he'd ring the supplier who he got the flowers off and put the phone down. In the meantime, my nan also rung the flower supplier and told them her situation. They confirmed that the flowers weren't in good condition and apologised. About 30 mins later the angry manager rung back up whilst I was there and said he'd spoke to the supplier and they confirmed the flowers were all good. When he was confronted on his lie, he continued his verbal abuse threatening and intimidating my elderly nan.
