  Booked in for 12pm.. walked in and there where 3 other woman also booked in at 12pm. I was seen first at 12.30. I had to leave because I would have been later for my appointment and was then surrounded by the staff in my face because they hadn’t done a top coat.. after letting them put a top coat on and then leaving 3 mins later my nails smudged. One guy told me to tell them I wanted to leave early so they could do the top coat in time.. they where half an hour late.. no apology for lateness nor money off my nails. Overbooking is obviously normal for them.Place was really dirty and dusty.

  Wax pleased at the time but they didn't want me it would ruin my own nails. My nails still aren't brilliant

  Rubbish. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and would actually rather use USA Nails which is saying something! Made my little finger bleed, couldn’t even file into a square shape, rude,

  It's a real shame. I was excited to find a new place to go for a monthly appointment of nails and pedicure, as I go every month for these treatments, but I was really disappointed. I thought it would be a great place to go. The nail technician didn't listen to what I wanted, didn't ask what shape and proceeded to do what she wanted, then got into a full blown argument (with I'm assuming her manager) no idea what it was about as I couldn't understand the language, but was sat downstairs having a pedicure and having my infills finishes quite scared. I was worried it would become physical the way the were fighting. I couldn't move as I was having my feet done by one technician and hands by the one shouting. Her grip on my hand quite aggressive. Very unprofessional at least go yo another room to sort out differences. She was too busy arguing to notice how uncomfortable I was or the state of my nails. The job was not finished as due to their argument I had to leave before my toes were finished as I was late for another appointment elsewhere, which they had told me I would be in time for. I was supposed to return to have my toes painted but I felt too uncomfortable. My nails on my hands were not dry and smudged because it took too long due to the argument and no dryer was used. They looked like a child had painted them I had to come home and paint them again myself. I'm glad I didn't bring my daughter to the shop. I have felt upset all evening from the bad energy there 😔
