  We arrived in London late at 8pm,while we had already informed from the first day we booked. Noone had sent us information or instructions until the last moment and of course noone was expecting us. We were calling and calling but there was no reply until we found a phone and made a call. Then, we recieved instructions and information of the place and the key and was a hidden treasure as well of how to get the key. We spend 2 hours from our arrival on serching how to find the appartment, to communicate with someone, to get info through viber, to get the key and finally find the appartment... And all this happened because noone send us early information to a prepaid booking... So, if you don't have internet on the phone, if you don't have battery on the phone, if you don't have card on the phone, if you have never played hidden treasures then you will sleep in your car or at the pavement. Otherwise you can spend like us 2 hours from your leasure trip, walking around like a crazy, serching for a toilet to pie and playing hidden treasures after hours and hours of driving.. Totally unacceptable... If we hadn't payed definitely we had left... Worst experience we have ever had...
