  After having contacted 4 different window companies to have three of my windows replaced with double glazing, only apex accepted to take on the challenge of fitting my bathroom window which all other companies thought was in a too awkward position! Not only was apex the only one that accepted to change the window but they were the only ones who were able to design and offer me the type of opening mechanism I wanted for my bathroom window and all of this at a price that beat what the competition was offering. Sean is a very pleasant and hard working guy, the only man around these days who seems like he is still willing to work hard and get his hands dirty. Lucy offered great customer service and is equally very friendly. Only downside to the company is the lack of organization and slow response from their window supplier. So although it took some time to get my windows ordered I am very happy with the final result and with this company! I don't usually post reviews online but this time I thought it was worth it. I honestly do recommend them!

  Really happy with my kitchen splash back. Sean and team matched the colour I wanted exactly and it was installed with minimal disruption. Looks great, couldn't ask for any better! Thanks

  Sean and his team sorted our door at the office, they were friendly, efficient and proved a great all round service it was a very quick and price was very reasonable. Will use them again in the future.

  After having another glazier to have a look at the job (who subsequently chose not to get back to me and not to return my calls, I got in touch with Apex who did not shy away from taking on the challenge. I had 3 window panes, inside a divided arts and crafts window frame which had condensation inside them. The seals had gone in them, which isn't such a big deal for a glazier. I think the reason the earlier glazier didn't want to attempt the job was because of the awkward position of the window frame - above an angled roof (which was also above an angled roof). Although Sean appreciated that it was an awkward job, he said it wouldn't be a problem to get it done - and right he was. He got back to me with a quote that I was very happy with, got the panes made up, came back and fitted them with minimum fuss. He was friendly, professional and tidy. I don't usually write reviews but I thought I should share my positive experience with this company, especially after being let down by another tradesman.
