  Although the service was really good the new apple experience leaves a lot to be desired. The layout, the decor, everything just leaves me feeling empty. If I'd not actually wanted something in particular there's no way I would have made a purchase. The store doesn't entice you in, nothing makes you want to browse and spend.

  Very quick service if you go for technical support at the start or end of the day. Very helpful and friendly.

  Andy and Michael patiently solved a problem that we were led to believe by others was insurmountable. They were interested and determined to get us sorted. We were delighted with their service today. We are now up and running! Others could learn a lot from them.

  The staff are friendly and it's very easy to get an appointment, just ask a member of staff and they'll get you sorted. It took about 5 minutes to get an appointment and they spent a lot of time checking the phone and diagnosing it thoroughly. It's always good to check out the new apple products and see what's on offer. Their selection of headphones is cool too.
