  Dear Stephen and colleagues I would like to thank you for your concern and speedy emergency call to my daughter regarding her 2 year old son being locked inside the house. I will say I contacted a local locksmith who was too busy to help out. He did in fact pass your number onto me which I was thankful and relieved about. During the busy traffic you took my call as an emergency leaving to help straight away stating 10-15 minutes for arrival. You came with a colleague to help assist in this vital situation which to me seemed well organised and above all holding my grandsons safety as a priority. The lock was proving difficult to remove and both front and back doors were attempted. My grandson was kept amused during the job making him feel that you were bob-the builder. Can I say how overwhelmed I am that you both played along keeping him amused and at the window in view of his mother reassuring all that he was safe. I can not thank you enough for your speedy call and thoughts of my grandsons well being, your patience at such a difficult job and of course your interaction with keidan.
