  Driving to the hotel is absolutely fine, walking from Birmingham International is not ideal. I cannot speak of the accommodation having used only the meeting/conference facilities. The main areas are reflective of the price.food seemed basic, but fair. Staff are attentive and gave a good welcome. Car parking is sufficient with plenty of overflow parking.

  Attended a Virgin fear of flying course at the hotel. Was well located from the airport (only a five minute drive). The conference room was well lit and comfortable. A delicious cooked lunch was also provided. Would recommend for business conference use.

  Long wait to check in, rooms very dated, mattresses feel like they need replacing. Ate from the bar menu and was reasonably priced. Excellent location for Birmingham International (within 10 minute walk).

  Good place to visit if going to halls one to six of the national exhibition centre as you can walk to them from the gate at the back of the hotel. Hotel has good business meeting rooms. Only thing to watch is arriving by car you need to come down the ramp from the round about. You can not turn in straight off the A45 highway. Useful place

  Excellent food both in bar meals and in restaurant. Service was excellent from all staff. Room was comfortable. Id definitely go back. Down side. Sat nav can't find the hotel even though the hotel said to use post code of the fuel station.
