  I've been staying at that place for last 6 months, twice a month. Recently, new employee, Andrea, asked me If I would like my brekafast in the morning, I said I'll make it myself as I'm working nights, to which she agreed. i was very surprised the next morning when Andrea told me couldn't make myself scrambled eggs, even though it was paid for - she said I could have cereal only. That was never the case as far as I remember. She suggested that I'm not a good customer as I stayed for one night only. She also cancelled my next booking, less then 24 hrs in advance, her reason for it was 'misconduct' on my side and hung up on me. When called again and asked to give me the owner number, who I know personally, she said "you don't need to speak to anyone, I'm the manager". Don't get me wrong, this used to be a great and friendly place, girl who was in charge of greeting guests was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately, that has changed. This is unacceptable, you lost yourself a regular customer. Ps. So it happens apart from me, around 6 more people I know, used that place. I will tell them all to avoid it from now on.

  Very happy with this accommodation. Lovely staff who were helpful and welcoming. Clean rooms which are great for all kinds of visitors due to space and a desk for business use. The main kitchen has a fridge which if full of food that you can help yourself to during breakfast which is great!!

  Excellent. Stayed for 7 weeks Monday to Thursday. Always made to feel welcome and very well looked after

  Lovely place to stay. Clean and professional looking rooms, tea and coffee provided. Amazing smart tvs which were very good. Bed was comfortable and a nice duvet. The rooms were quite warm however and my room didn't have an opening window (that I could see) so it got a bit toasty and you cant change heating. Also the shower is a push button shower and required constant restarting which got a bit irritating. Just a warning that the bathroom light will switch off if you are in shower as its motion activated. Eek!
