  Returned tablet,was given a brand-new one in it's place .Staff were excellent no problem..wish all retailers could be this helpful.

  I had to return a defective product purchased earlier this year. The member of staff who dealt with me was extremely helpful and she arranged for a replacement to be delivered to me the same day. The service was exceptional.

  Utilising the ARGOS retailing formula, the full range of services can be found here. Being within the Croft Retail Park, car parking, catering for all, is plentiful (and free).

  Absolutely disgraceful attitude from senior staff member PAM who unfortunately for all customers is the STORE MANAGER. I returned with a faulty product after just 2 days along with my proof of purchase, however, this store manager was completely unwilling to fulfill the consumers right to return a faulty product within 30 days. When trying to reason with this manager at the BROMBOROUGH Argos store, she rudely interupted me and told me "You will have to take it to the "(manufacturer)", despite numerous attempts to explain the consumer rights act, the information just wasn't registering. What a shame for Argos to have such a poor excuse of a manager representing their stores
