  Service is good but.... I went into Stratford Argos to pickup my reservation and used the self service kiosk, I went to make a payment but because there was a age limit of 16 years old it directs me towards the till so now I have to queue, when I get to the cashier all tills say no contactless payments and they direct me back to the self service kiosk which can accept contact payment but the item is 16 year old rated and of course directs me back towards the cashier's. In short don't waste your time coming here if you leave your cards or cash at home and make payments using your watch or phone, it's like shopping at a place lost in time.

  Appalling customer service from the (Asian girl) wearing black head scarf... shocking behaviour! I was waiting in the queue for about 8- 10mins as tge lines were moving very slow.There was a man before me then it would've been my turn, two rude young people started jumping the queue... after few minutes I asked her that she should service us first. She stated that this people were here first and she needs to deal with them first. She started to laugh when I informed her about her poor customer service skills. She didn't care and was biased as she choose to service her country people and ignore the rest of us! I won't be shopping there again.
